It has been announced that Wex Photographic the well known photographic retailer is to take over Fixation.

Fixation is a highly respected pro repair center in London, just south of the river Thames.

Initially as an official Nikon, but later also Canon service facility, they have set high standards and many pro and enthusiasts use them. I certainly have suggested them to many over the years.

They also have sales facilities for a number of brands including the above, plus Fuji and ProFoto.

I would like to wish both Mike and Paula well as they hand over the reins.

Having known them from my time initially at Nikon, we do not cross paths as often as we did, but I am always pleased to bump into them.

Likewise, many of the staff who I have met and know, who will have a new direction.

It will be interesting to see how Wex develop the business.
