BRAUN Scouting CamNew Braun Scouting Cam 300 (Stills and Video) released by Kenro

Kenro, the UK and Ireland distributor of Braun imaging goods and accessories, has announced the new Scouting Camera 300 for stills and video.

With it’s camouflaged exterior, the camera is aimed at those who wish to record wildlife ‘as it happens’ – day or night – without user intervention, using black LEDs.

The Braun Scouting Camera 300 is designed for outdoor use and can be attached to a tree or post and can be pre-programmed to shoot images at timed intervals, or triggered via movement. The water resistant (IP54 rating) camera shoots stills at 5MP, but is interpolated up to 12MP and a 2 inch colour LCD is used for previewing and adjusting settings.

The PIR sensor has three sensitivity settings and trigger intervals can be varied from 1 second to 30 minutes. Image resolution can be adjusted to allow for a greater number of images to be stored on the SD Card (up to 32GB).

Additionally the Scouting Camera 300 can shoot video at up to 1080P resolution. Footage can be stored on SD Card or there are TV outputs and USB socket.

Power Supply is 8 x AA batteries and the camera’s dimensions are 145 x 80 x 55mm.
